Grooming shops are stressful! Lots of barking dogs, multiple groomers, phones ringing and cage dryers make shop grooming very stressful for your pup. Mobile grooming is a completely different experience with personal one-on-one care, it just your pup and their bestie hanging out, having fun, and getting clean. And the best part NO CAGES EVER!

Depending on size and temperament, service usually takes 60-120 minutes. More time may be needed for large dogs, or dogs that need a little extra TLC. Your groomer will never rush through the grooming process, or main goal is to keep your pup as calm and comfortable as possible.
Whatever kind your pup needs! We carry 10+ different shampoos. Dry Skin? Greasy Coat? Itchy? Allergy prone? We have a shampoo for that! Speak to your groomer about shampoo options and they will suggest the best shampoo to meet your pups special needs.
We accept cash or credit card.
If your dog is matted the groomer may have no other choice but to shave them down. Attempting to brush matted fur could be extremely painful. Our priority is to make your pup as comfortable as possible. Your groomer will always speak to you before shaving your pup, and is always willing to explain how to keep your dogs coat healthy and matt-free in between grooming sessions.
We ask that you please inform your groomer of any know aggression to keep them safe. If your groomer feels that they can not safely preform the grooming process they may refuse service.
We do not allow anyone else inside our van during the grooming process because this could be very distracting to your dog and groomer.
After the first grooming session we do not require you to be home. just leave us a key or door/garage code and your groomer will be happy to go in and get your pup, and lock up when your pup is all done.
